Foreigners Tasting Sundanese Food in the Jungle 🇮🇩 | Lembang, Bandung, Indonesia Vlog 2021

We are in the mountains of Bandung, we set off from Dago in the North of Bandung to venture into Lembang the hills and mountains of Bandung.

Heading to a place called Kampung Daun, an area that retains the jungle and mountainous feel of the area, to try some traditional and famous Sundanese drinks and dishes. A few Hatur Nuhun’s later and the food arrives.

Is this the BEST food we have ever eaten? We’re not doing this for views. We’re telling you the food was up there with some of the best food we’ve ever eaten! It’s definitely Raos Pisan!

We try Bandrek, Bajigur, Ronde, Tempe Mendoang and more! All vegetarian! We also let you know about our favourite dish here in Bandung, Tahu Garam Cabai!

Sundanese traditions are not to be missed in West Java!

No pretence, no tacky set intro's and outro's like many North American and a few British/Euro channels. You guys hit the jackpot.. we went there about 10 years ago. The food was amazing, the ambience was so relaxing and soothing with the beautiful stream and greeneries. Definitely a must visit in Bandung.

Karedok (sunda style salad) and sayur asem (sour veggie soup) is the must try. I also suggest pepes jamur (mushroom), pepes tahu. Eat with rice and lalap & sambal package. Its also great to order tofu and tempeh.
