I wish we had stores like yours here in the UK! I would love to be able to walk round, looking and comparing all the different 3D printers before making a decision on which to buy!

Bambulabs a1. 300 bucks. Way better than any ender or ankermake printer.

I love my P1S. I ordered the A1 mini and I wish I could have gotten it from MC. The deals MC has going on right now = insane.

This has been quite an eye opener for someone such as myself that is rather inexperienced when it comes to 3D printing. I definitely understand what entry level means to me now that I have watched this rather Informative video.

I say fine! But I really need to know more about 3D Scanning. that way, I could work on a prototype, perfect its appearance, scan it, and make duplicates, or use a 3D program to refine the part or object I am working on.

Bambu X1C with AMS is AWESOME, but bit small for printing helmets. P1P is similar, without enclosure. For cosplay/helmets (Iron Man / Mando outfits), go Elegoo Max. I believe they have a 4 MAX that run Klipper, but with a proprietary nozzle. I use 3 MAX which can do any helmet even for fat heads. Creality for me has been a "learning experience", fun and educational, but would not recommend for first timer. For first timers, one of the Bambu or Elegoo 3s.

I have a micro center near me, like around a 30-minute drive, and I will stop in and check out the 3D printers 👍

Great roundup in a quick form... what would be your suggestion for someone just starting out but doesn't want entey level? Helmets, hot wheels track, etc is what I'd be getting into...Bambu looks to be the front runner....but no mention of Elegoo or Prusa....

This was a very nice overview of the printers offered by Microsoft Center. I only wish all the MC’s operated the same way as your location does. The store in Columbus, OH has some serious stocking and on-site associate support issues that result in lost sales and unhappy customers. I can honestly say that there has only been an experienced associate in that section about 50% of the time and it seems like they are “out of stock” on a lot of things most all the time. I have made several purchases for my Bambu Lab Xiaowen 3D Printer only to discover that someone switched out the contents of the package for a cheaper item. I have been trying to buy a second Hardened Steel nozzle for my X1C and the first time it had the Stainless Steel print head inside the package and the second time (yesterday) it only had the silicone socks inside the bubble-wrapped bag. I live more than 40 miles from the store so it’s an 80 mile round trip each time and having to go back to get a refund costs me a lot more than loss of time.
