A few things to take away from this match

Opponents do not have good rebounding compared to Akagi. Fujima did try to shoot more but perhaps, Hasegawa can run to open spots more. In some situations, when Fujima passes to Hasegawa, Hasegawa is too close to the defenders of Fujima and can quickly jump for a second time to block Hasegawa. Once, Fujima rises for a fadeaway three, Hasegawa can try to run to open spots and good Fujimas should be able to gift you a wide open shot.

The way to defend Fujima is actually quite simple. Because he almost always operates at the top of the key. On-ball defender just defends the fadeaway. Two help defenders just defend his left and right crossovers between the baseline and the free throw line. Then, when Fujima drives forward and steps forward, just move to his face and he will pass the ball away and reset immediately. Then, help defenders can move back to defending his own man. When he fades away, the on-ball defender runs up to his face and block him. If defenders can keep that triangle in shape, then most likely, Fujima's side will just waste 18 seconds doing nothing. Don't attempt to step up and stop Fujima's dribble like you normally do with defending Sendoh, Fujima will just step past you and take a midrange shot.

Fujima will not operate on the baseline because he cannot fade away from the baseline because of the boundaries of the court.

Hey man, I'm the Naito in game. Just want to share my 2 cents from the defending team's side.

Firstly, always try to get a proper center if the enemy has one unless your sub center is good at rebounding like Hanamichi. Otherwise, it'll be better for a teammate to rush in and help screen to get rebounds. This is because the character, Akagi is terrifyingly strong at rebounding. I'm an Akagi player myself and it got picked so yeah.
As Ryan commented earlier on, the teammates should work together to block potential routes of Fujima. This is clearly lack of experience and communication on our part. Teamwork is core in this game as the uploader's name suggests.
