Ghost John will move with the girls as he is so attached to them, not to the house but the girls. the girls only got really scared when Kyler showed that he was scared, talk to 1 girl at a time, if they say the same thing there is a ghost, do somethings before you move

I really think its spiritual warfare. Like you said praying to God and asking him to protect your household and property from any demonic beings is the right thing to do. Some scary things happen in life like that, and all you need is Jesus and faith to get you guys through these troubles. God will keep your family safe.
