I would like to give some feedback.
This tutorial is not very old, but it seems to use the old PowerShell 5.x and not PowerShell Core.
The whole situation is quite obscure, with these two types of PowerShell.
If you could cover the differences and when to use what, that would be great.

There is the Provider called 'Programs' which didn't get any results with 'find-package' and also 'msu'. msi', 'nuget'.
