A few tips:
Third project - could easily be changed to red with mangrove trapdoors.
Fourth project - if you want it to look like the cow is already being affected by alien technology, swap it out for a mooshroom and/or name it Dinnerbone.
Sixth project - would benefit from the use of an invisible armor stand.
All projects - if you want it to look like an alien planet but don't want to use a lunar or Martian biome, the nether would also work, as would a deep dark biome if you drink a potion of night vision. In the latter case, you won't need any additional aliens - the warden already looks like an alien creature!
