Respect to all fellow Ohp’rs out there. The grind is insane cause of the slow progress but that’s why you never see people repping 185 over their head

after 3 months of trying, last thursday i finally hit 190lbs for 3 sets of 5. its such a slow grind but it ohp has become my favorite lift and i dont plan on stopping anytime soon. keep it up

my favourite lift by far but man it's a bitch to progress on. Often I'm counting progress by one rep in total

Doesn't count... you have a third leg for more stabilization and leg drive

Bro, awesome progress there, found you on Enkiri's channel. Do you recommend basic compound lifts program for someone who's been training for a year on and off. I bench 155, squat 205 and deadlift 270. My previous trainer ran me on a conjugate program. I have the confidence to do the lifts on my own now but I am confused on what program to do?
