always thank God for something which you like about yourself, like thank God for giving you eyes to see, feet to walk, hands to work . Do it daily before going to sleep.

I'm self harming over BDD
It's over a tattoo cover up and you can see the old tattoo. I'm very anxious and end up self harming to forget about it.
