I have this amp and it has tons of volume. It can blow out all the windows in your house. I can make it sound like a Marshall or a Fender. I love this amp. You can definitely gig with this amp.

We didnt encounter any issues with the amp, the dimensions (as quoted from Line 6 Website) 20.75"W x 19.25"H x 11"D and it weighs 36 lbs which is around 16kg. Best thing to do is to head out to a place that has these amps in stock and check one out - that way you'll know exactly what your getting and if it suits where and how you want to transport it around. Got spider 4 120. Awe inspiring sounds and effects. A muse to be sure. Lots of power never got past half volume when gigging unmic'ed. Recommend it for any guitarist. 9 of 10. Very heavy -1 pt.

some people say it sucks because this amp is a digitalyzed amp. example: line 6 is a Toyota, and marshall is a mercedes. mercedes is a better brand, but toyota comes with more technology. line 6 spider IV 75 is a great amp, has great sounds for multiple music styles. the pain in the ass about line 6 is that they have specific effect pedals, and they are very expensive (almost half of the price of the amp), but it comes with awesome features. If you still doubt about it, go to a store and try it.

I just got this amp yesterday, I had heard a bunch of bad shit about line 6 and due to that I've avoided them like the plague, I plugged in at a music shop yesterday, played an open Em and said "I'll take it" I'm now a line 6 junky

Can u save the pre sets that they built into the amp on one of your 4 pre set channels?? I wanna know so I can possibly buy the mkii shortboard instead of express and save $100 lol

I have this amp. For some reason it's picking up a gospel radio station....does that mean that the wiring inside wasn't grounded properly? Plus the vol goes up & down. I'm thinking about taking it & throwing it through Guitar Center's store window to see if that does any good (for me...maybe not for the store or the amp). I think it's a piece of crap-ola personally.

@dbcgalway Yeah it's nice and loud:) I bought the 75 watt like in the video this last august when I was starting a band, we play hardcore/metal stuff so we get really loud. I've been playing 4 years and up until then I had a crappy 15 watt fender amp with a distortion pedal. When I got this I was simply blown away! It's really loud, I only turn it up about half way during practice and it still over powers the drums. I haven't played any gigs with it but I'm POSITIVE this is more then loud enough
