To be honest this is just a video to sell his own course but what you should take from this is
1. Eat a balanced, nutritious diet with Zinc, Magnesium, consume animal protein.
2. Sleep well and regulate your sleep to match your circadian rhythm, also ensure your bedroom is pitch black at night.
3. Practice jumping and running.
Anyone with common sense can realize that the Masai Tribe has this predisposition to tallness because of the area they are in, having to run, jump, hunting their food.
