Just saw a physio last week I'm 30 weeks and have diastasis. I couldn't quite remember how to pull in correctly so good to see this video.
This technique really relieves pressure from my bladder when getting out of a chair etc

so when we push we basically engage these muscles and tighten them to push out while we relax our pelvic floors ?

Do we have to breath out to hug the baby? Also do we have to contract out pelvic floor?
