The way you present it makes it seem you can get an entire parking garage for under 30k while what you mean is that you can get a single parking spot for under 30k. The entire garage most definitely will be a 6 or even 7 figure number. Then you go on to say 200 to 1000 a day. In what imaginary universe does one parking spot net 200 in a day? Again those are the numbers for the entire garage. Are you always this misleading? Should be a law banning these kind of videos where the presenter is intentionally misleading, it's a form of lying

I wonder if there's a creative finance (seller financing etc.)/arbitrage angle one could use. Agree a long lease at X per month then turn around and rent by the hour/day.

I presume spaces/lots are all cash deals so if you're able to get seller financing that would be nice.
