As the DMA and the DSA are entering in the final stage of negotiation at EU level (the so-called trialogues), most of european businesses are fully subscribing to the general objectives of the DMA (ensuring a better competition in Europe) and DSA (protecting european consumers). As always, the devil's in the details and some provisions may cause more harm than good for European startups. How can we collectively make sure that DSA/DMA will not become the new GDPR roadblocks for European innovation?
