Cajun Garlic Shrimp and Grits | Cajun Shrimp and Grits - This is another quick and east to follow Cajun Garlic Shrimp and Grits video. Ingredients
1 lb. of Shrimp (large) deveined and peeled
1/2 - 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
6 - 8 slices of Bacon
1 tbsp Creole/Cajun seasoning
3 Garlic Cloves
1 cup Grits
2 cups Chicken Broth
1 cup Milk
1 tsp Salt
Fresh Ground Peppercorn to Taste

I use both... instant on workdays/ school days for the kids for warm tummies but o n the weekends, nothing but the original... multiple hot water washes to clean them and start the swelling process, milk/ heavy cream and broth...various cheeses,
