It's Bundy Night At The Movies and Bud is planning to excite his date by creating an artificial storm!

From Married With Children, Season 11 Episode 1, 'Twisted'. Bud has discovered that Ariel gets turned on by life-threatening situations and has decided to stage a fake tornado while they seek shelter in the Bundy's basement. However, a real twister appears in Chicago causing the rest of the Bundys and the Jeffersons to seek shelter too!

That Ariel character was a ditz, but the actress has solid comedic timing.
Her cute bouncy demeanor also really brightened up every scene... very nice compliment to the world-weary broken souls of the Bundy family.
