One issue we have here in the Omaha Nebraska area is finding contractors to install mini-splits. I installed a pair of MSZ one ton units in my shop behind my house. I got a quote from one HVAC contractor that was crazy expensive. More than crazy, it was insulting. He was a Diamond Mitsubishi dealer/installer.
I ended up having a neighbor who is a small residential HVAC contractor do the install but he won't service it.... he won't service any mini splits. 
He is old school and I suspect there are more like him out there. Without good contractors it will hold up installations.

Matt you need to stop posting all these really cool video's. I'm in danger of pulling out my GSHP and ductwork and install mini split's :-)

Can you share the model number? I have been looking into the H2i line with multiple heads and can not find a residential multi zoned ductless option.
