Dave's preference is just very specific. Tangy sauce, audibly crispy crust, as thin as possible, no weird cheese, mix of part skim with the whole milk mozz to cut down on grease, owners can butter him up, if the pizzeria is a long established legendary joint it boosts his score a lot, also... Boston.

I eat pizza from this place all the time. Its definitely my favorite in the area. Every part of the pizza is seperately good. The cheese is good, the dough is good, and the sauce is good. The owners are really nice people too. Everyone in the area loves this place. I was kinda dissapointed that he didn't think it was anything special, but everyone's entitled to their own opinion.
