Me and my bf sing a parody of this to our cat Ringo. When he walks into a room we're in, we change the flamingo part to "Its Ringoooo" and the La-las to meows. He loves it because he knows he's about to get lots of attention.

I imagine a guy at a party, outside at night. Time around him is sped up with blurs of people whizzing by but he's casually walking around singing the song. As it progresses he starts bumping into people and they slow down too, up until the end where everyone is slowed down and they have an actual party for real together. As the song starts to end the camera pans back and the stars and sky are still sped up but our actors are having a great time at the viewers speed.
