9 weeks out till Ironman Lake Placid, this is how my training week went.

Starting to notice some improvements in my bike and running which is nice to see.

Hitting new volume highs with every new week and feeling better this week compared to last week.

Finally got a power meter installed, which should help with training on the bike.

Got some elevation training in, and felt good on the bike, but was brutal on the run. Should play well into training for Lake Placid with all the elevation gain there.

Still working on improving. 🔒
