Forehand Tennis Ball Machine Drill

This is a simple sequence I use to work on my footwork and forehand consistency. You can use cones to have a target or help remind yourself to not stay in one place. I start off by hitting forehand cross court and after 4-5 shots or when the opportunity is right, I change the position of the ball down the line.
For beginners or people interested in getting in shape this is an awesome leg workout and great cardio workout!
