I have had nothing but trouble from so called work coaches!! Some have some kind of superiority complex that in my opinion have more potential to harm that help! I fear for vulnerable people that are at the end of their tether meeting the coaches I have had to complain about! And of course the complaints fell on deaf ears and were met with counter claims of aggression of course once I had already made my second complaint! Aggression in front of as many security guards as you could possibly wave a stick at and nothing was said till I left the building and made my written complaint. and yes apparently they do let you sign on and get your money even after being aggressive lol ya think ? Yes complaint was upheld and I was given a warning that I refused to accept and the story goes on!

The programmes are very low level and poorly funded. Seetec are the worst, 1 hour sat talking, watching a person fill up their computer database with my data, and then make another appointment. No help into work.
