Neal, great video here. I am a current student enrolled in your AWS Practitioner course and have had a major technical stumbling block, that has stopped dead in my tracks so can't complete the course. Issue: I can't connect to EC2 instance via ssh, on my mac terminal, likely a PEM file issue since it will not download to keychain. Your teaching assistant has not been able to resolve it and over 3 weeks. Can you help me resolve this or point to me to a dedicated resource to address it once and for all ( I can pay if needed)?
