Idli was good. I did it with 1/4spn of baking soda. For 1.5 glass of rava. Thank you for the recipe.

Absolutely great recipe with quick to prepare timing with little to no prep timing. Have made the dosa with this recipe twice with perfect results both the time, dosa comes out clean and soft... In the small prep timing when the poha and rava are soaking I was already done with preparing tasty sambhar..
Will try the idlis next time I get hungry.
