I think in terms of casting the gekkabajin reel will outcast the silvercreek but the silver creek will cast more precise in close quarters. Also if you're okay with it braid to a leader will help you with the distance.

Yeah ... you should have gone with the Alphas Air TW or the Gekkabain instead, because you can accommodate for short accurate cast with any reels... like you say "it's all on the wrist", but you can't get any distance when you really need to reach certain spot you're trying to reach. Plus from all your videos you usually do long cast most of the time, i'm surprise you opt to go with the Sliver Creek instead. So in this case seem to me; it's the color of the reel is drawn you to pick up that reel instead of functionality .... LOL
