Strategy in Action - SiA Club - ELITE - International Workshop

We’re delighted to have kicked off another successful International Strategy Series in Milan with ELITE!
We were joined by seven companies from across central and eastern Europe for the first module of the series, where participants formulated a Vision, Mission, and Level of Ambition, performed an in-depth internal analysis, as well as beginning to assess the external environment of their company as well.
It was great to see such high levels of engagement and enthusiasm across the board and to already note how – independent of geography or industry - the theory and concepts covered in the teaching sessions were immediately applied to each business to begin the strategy optimisation process.
