How is COVID-19 affecting sleep and what to do if you’re struggling.

Millions of Australians have trouble sleeping and thanks to COVID-19, that problem has worsened.

Preliminary results from a Monash University report into how the pandemic is affecting sleep say almost half of people surveyed so far reported poor sleep during the pandemic.

Not having enough sleep can have a big impact on your health and studies show that not getting enough sleep can lead to chronic health problems down the track.

So, what can you do if you’re struggling to get to sleep?

Since people are in Quarantine they think that they can sleep whenever they want so let’s say they slept 3 they’d have to wake up at 7 or 8 because of school and work, if it’s the weekend it would have been wasted since you’d sleep in
