The cited international humanitarian laws should work for Israeli citizens whose existence are threatened by Iran's proxies violation of their territorial integrity and human rights. Is the building of tunnels from Gaza and Lebanon into Israeli territory a non issue? Has it become a norm in int'l humanitarian laws to build, store and use terror facilities under schools, Hospitals, residential areas against Israel or any other sovereign nation. Is UN part of the plan to exterminate Israel by their refusal to relocate as earlier requested by Israel? An unbiased UN should facilitate release of Israeli hostages and unite forces against international terrorism
