My theory is the favor Punk mentions is getting an even score against Dwayne/The Final Boss. It all fits back in Punk's pipe bomb 2011 on how Dwayne steals people's spotlight just because he's The Rock. Punk also turned heel in 2012 because The Rock stole his spotlight again, not to mention ending his 434 days of reigns. Paul Heyman did mention to Roman, The favor isn't going to sit well with him, considering Heyman and The Rock acknowledge Roman as the Tribal Chief.
