Robot BlackJack dealer - AI11 EN

The result of an automation project during the first four weeks of 2013.
The robot picks up, scans and deal the cards.
The calculation of points of the cards is made automatically during the game by a PLC and is displayed on the HMI-panel.
Communication between the three systems(Robot, PLC, HMI) is EtherNet / Modbus.

The robot is an Universal Robots UR5 and is borrowed from and provided by Edströms Maskin AB.
The PLC(Modicon 340) and HMI-panel(Magelis XBTGT-4330) is borrowed from and provided by SWECO Energuide AB.
