Ronald and Regina McNeil have a passion for creating opportunity and driving innovation through philanthropy. Through the Ronald D. & Regina C. McNeil Foundation, Inc., the McNeils have provided generous support to the College of Engineering with that passion in mind. In 2003, they endowed the Sanders M. Clark Endowed Scholarship in honor of Regina's father, and in 2021, the Ronald D. and Regina C. McNeil Department Chair of Robotics. In 2018, the McNeils provided funding for the Ronald D. and Regina C. McNeil Walking Robotics Laboratory in the Ford Motor Company Robotics Building.

The McNeils sat down with Anushka Patel, 2021-2022 Sanders M. Clark Scholar, for a conversation about what motivates them to give, what inspires them at the College of Engineering, and the importance of education to realizing your dreams.
