Biden promises additional $1400 relief checks: Entire economy speech

During a speech that laid out details of his American Rescue Plan, President Joe Biden vowed that he would follow through on his campaign promise to provide Americans with $2,000 for Covid-19 relief. Biden said his $1.9 trillion relief bill will include $1,400 checks to go along with the $600 checks that were distributed in the last relief bill.
