Weekly class on selected chapters taught by Swami Tadatmananda. The Uddhava Gita is a small section from the famous Bhagavata Purana in which Sri Krishna imparts powerful Vedantic teachings to his dear friend and devotee, Uddhava, much in the same way that Sri Krishna teaches Arjuna in the Bhagavad Gita.

All of Swamiji's discourses are enlightening but this one takes the cake for being the most "practical"!! Krishna's description of each well-known quality to be cultivated, here, has a specificity that provides a most useful guide for putting it into practice. As Swamiji says, these are not directives to be followed on some special occasions but must become a behavioral reality at every moment in our lives and in our every interaction. Thanks, Swamiji, for such a wonderful discourse. Eagerly looking forward to tonight's (here in India!) Q & A Satsang.

I am so touched seeing the emotional empathetic reaction from Swamiji about the middle east war. It's so heart warming to see a great teacher feel so deeply about things happening right now in the world. The talks are beautiful and uplifting but it's touching to see these moments too. Namaskarams

Namaskar Swamiji! These teachings came so timely and appropriate in my life at this moment. I've learnt very well that we can be the worst enemy of ourselves. I am still struggling with some unhelpful and even destructive elements of myself. Vasanas are very, very sticky and desires are not much better. At least I understand now that guilt is absolutely useless. Thank you humbly for your beautiful and elaborate teachings. It is so appreciated. Blessings! 🙏❤

@Swami Sastanga Dandawat. I am following all of your teachings and it is always less than how much I want but some questions remain unanswered which I hope to get from Q&A session
