I always thought for the last one the fork and knife should be together at a 45 degree angle

I would argue these are not table manners. Manners are codes of behaviour dictated by custom. This is demonstrating knowledge of proper place settings.

I GOT 5/5.
I'd like to thank mom and dad for giving me the side eye every time I did any of these wrong 😂😂

Got 4/5 just because here in Italy is wrong placing the fork & the knife at 3 o’ clockYou place them both on 6 if you finished eating(5 in england, don’t ask me why) in order to make it easier for the “possible waiter” that comes behind you to grab the plate keeping his thumb on both the knife and the fork. The triangular/crossed manner is to express that you’re still eatingP.S. here in Italy we normally have bread in a “shared” basket or directly on the table, I guessed it just because it was logical: if the glass was on the left, it wouldn’t be handy to place the bread next to it.

Anyone in your 20s (& under) know all this ??
Where did you learn them? And why was it important to know for you?
Genuinely curious :)

I'm pretty sure the last one is wrong, at least in the UK. Cutlery is usually placed at the 5 o'clock position to indicate that you are finished and so the waiter can clear from the left. This sideways thing is wrong...

I literally never go to formal dinner parties, except like weddings, so I'd say 4/5 is pretty good.

If I just use my hand for eating should I put my left hand on the right side and the right hand on the left and my foot on the table?

This is etiquette😂
It should be more like
"Do you chew with your mouth open?"
