Carneiros beach, in Brazil, has an 18 century charming chapel right on the sand, in front of the warm sea and surrounded by coconut trees. It's also possible to marry at the Christ Redeemer. The view is stunning, like no other. Overseas, I would pick Santorini over most of those places mentioned in the video. Tuscany deserved to be number 1.
