Simple Protection Magick - An Introduction | Witchcraft & Magick for Beginners | The Cemetery Witch

One of the biggest topics in Witchcraft and magick is Protection and it’s no wonder why; the world is a big, complex and often challenging place. Even if we keep ourselves to ourselves in our everyday lives, many of us are connected to the rest of the world via the internet, and whilst that can be a great source of support and information, it can also be a chaotic place that is hard to control.

This video is a brief introduction as to why we need protection magick, what it is, and the different types that are available to us. We go over a few ideas of how to integrate it into our lives to protect us from harm and support our health and wellbeing.

Why do we need Protection Magick?
- The World is not an easy place - it is complex and often challenging.
- Even if you experience low human contact you probably interact online which is:
Not controlled
Not all positive
Chaotic
- It's not even worrying about magickal practitioners attacking us - it can just be everyday life where we encounter a drip feed of negativity.
- We have to think of our health and wellbeing.

What does magickal protection look like?
- There are so many ways you can introduce it in your life and practice:
Glamour Magick - eg. Bedtime rituals
Wearing protective jewellery
Blessing food before eating
Banishing and binding spells
Using energy to protect yourself Amulets, charms, talismans
Sigil magick
