It is a good attempt but you should speak with a little pauses to inculcate these concepts. Moreover, textual examples must be quoted to invoke theoretical perceptions in the analysis of creative works.

We're all colonized people. Assuming we are immigrants, however many generations removed, we are the result of hegemonic cultures into which we had to adapt and internalize the main features of, so I don't see why I should or would care about his narrow definition of the "colonized, " in the usual delineation of the "oppressed" and "peoples of color." It is tiresome. Harvard may want it for their feeble attempts to seem broadly intellectual. Those of us who have had miserable, tarnished lives couldn't care less.
