Everything is custom photogrammetry scanned at insane detail. All assets are multiple million triangle meshes directly from scan data with 8k textures, there are no opacity masks what so ever everything is geometry and fully dynamic nothing is baked. The example map is 4sqkm in size and 100% procedurally generated using our custom biome rule sets.

The video was recorded in realtime in editor at 60fps in 4k using Epic render settings on a RTX 4090 no frame gen.

This looks really good. Whatever they did between .3 and the .4 upgrade this definitely is starting to look more realistic. However it needs bugs; gnats, flies, bees, etc. Every forest or wooded area has bugs. I don't know anything about programing, but I wish I could use something like this just to create an interactive environment to play around in. Hopefully something like this will make it into an actual game that's actually released.
