My first time meditating to frequencies and WOW. My whole head felt heavy, my throats was tight, and I have a very mild headache but I feel very relaxed. I looked at the video and it said 12 mins but I felt like I've been sitting there for 2 mins. I feel so refreshed.

Helping the pineal gland to open, I can feel slight pressure between my eyebrows. Never used to see anything when I close my eyes but I'm seeing colours swirling all around now, like beautifully coloured energy all in front of my eyes. This is stunning for me because I've been meditating for a while but nothing happened until this!!!! Thank you so much, going to make this daily practice now x

I once downloaded this meditation music. But later all my documents and downloaded videos were deleted. So I searched you tube again for this music but I could't find it. So I tried opening this one and voila! Here it is in a different file picture but the music and the video is the same. I really like this music. It brings me to the high level of calmness and peace, and love for the Lord who made this beautiful planet and all that is within it. Thank you for this music.
