I love how Peter says "except for not smiling when I get my picture taken" then later at the African American league, he raises his fist with a smile, sees the camera, then drops the smile

One thing that people seem to forget is that, of all Peter's friends, Cleveland is technically his best friend. In multiple flashbacks, it's been shown that Cleveland was the first one he met, then Quagmire and finally Joe. Peter felt the noticeable absence once Cleveland left, even visiting him a few times during the Cleveland Show's run. And when he finally came back, they were fighting hard to make sure they could hang out and be friends again, even through their wives didn't like each other at the time.

In a show where continuity often takes a back seat to comedy, it's nice to see something like this be consistent even now.
