But in my book it is written that gram positive bacteria appears red and gram negative appears blue but you told vice-versa in the video ...now I am totally confused please anyone help me ....clear my confusion

Im hella dirty minded and thought that sputum was a sperm sample then realized sputum is a mixture of mucous and saliva caused by a sickness or desease.
