Somalia and Ethiopia has nothing to negotiate. Who negotiates an aggressor who wants to annex your territory.

why Ethiopia is acting like that way against Somalia, you can make agreement with Somali government but not with regions instead of the federal government....

yes Ethiopia has more weapons than Somalia now, but with Egypts help we can defend our country, everybody knows ethiopia lost sea access just recently when Eritrea got independence, why Ethiopia don’t go after Eritrea oow no Essisi afwerki is there too hot to handle, he has strong army, abiye ahmed can’t mess with Eritreans so he is like, let me go after somalia they are weaker option now.

From now on Ethiopia should not negotiate with Egypt about Nile river. Egypt crossed red line now.

Ethiopia should avoid fighting over the Red Sea. They need to focus on securing the Nile (which they can accomplish if they don’t create new enemies with its neighbours). The Horn of Africa can get very wealthy if peace is maintained. Ethiopia having access to the Nile river, breadbasket, and limitless energy and Somalia + Eritrea + Djibouti can be wealthy by being port countries and oil producing nations handling the Red Sea. I have no clue why Africans fight each other or try to dominate each other.
