Digital VS Analog circuit driven tach. Observe the motion of the needles. The VDO (black face) gauge is analog used in an 1980's vehicle, the Sunpro is a modern tach with a digital circuit to drive the needle and is capable of multiple signal sources. In this video I am using a signal generator with a square wave, 50% duty cycle.
