Any yoyo that sleeps can be used for 5A once you add a counterweight.

You are right that flowable silicone will not work in that yoyo, which is why we sell the silicone stickers. If you cannot purchase anything online you may be out of options for getting that yoyo working, because without brake pads (friction stickers) the yoyo will simply not come back. Since most brick and mortar stores (Toys R Us) do not sell the stickers you are not left with many options.

Absolutely, just get a couple of counterweights and you should be good to go. We have counterweights on YoTricks if you decide that is the way you want to go.

It sounds like the yoyo may be bad, the FH Zero bearings tend to rust.
However, it also sounds like you are more of a beginner, so with a little practice I am sure you will no longer have the same problems. When the yoyo is on the string you need to be sure to keep it straight so the strings do not touch the sides of the yoyo and slow it down. This is difficult, but it can be done.

It does comes unresponsive, however in my experience it is still semi-responsive - though cleaning the bearing would not help this.

Ive done it, its not bad. Alot of people say undersized yoyo's are a bit different but i dont notice much with my maverick

Yes, all you need is a counterweight. We carry those on YoTricks.

i have a metal drifter from toysrus and its friction stickers are used up so i thought if you put a minimal amount of flowable silicone around the area where the stickers are but to no avail its semi responsive should i just go buy a duncan freehand 2 from toysrus or keep trying with the flowable silicone cant buy anything online because of my dad what should i do?

If you get a counterweight you can, but those yoyos are not ideal for 5A because they are so small.

just as a question why did you guys pick the drifter over something else? what should be looked for in a good 5a yoyo? im currently using a DM2 for 5a.

I have one question, i just have a FH Zero ducan for about 2 years and i only stared "yoyoing" these days. I have one problem that the yoyo its not spinning too long when i throw, i try to do a 360 but he stops spinning in the middle, i have already changed the string but nothing changes, should i buy another one or its me doing somehting wrong? i was thinking on buying new yoyos from your store but they dont ship it to brazil or do they? (sorry for my bad english)
