Australian P.M. Scott Morrison provides update on bushfire situation

Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison held a news conference on Thursday morning to provide an update on the bushfire situation.

Morrison said that there had been 27 fatalities and over 1200 homes lost across the country, and that the numbers were likely to increase. He also stated that the country is “a long way from the end of this crisis,” and that their emergency assets will prove vital over the coming days.

Morrison also referenced the Iran missile crisis, stating that the country’s goal “remains a united and stable Iraq,” and that his government’s priority is the “safety and security of Australians.”

The bush fires were pretty bad with massive devastation and loss of life. But no evil on earth can equal the putrid gas emanating from both ends of Australian politicians. In general, most politicians are a useless bunch of people who are solely concerned about doing nothing and accumulating wealth and power. Australian politicians are distinguished by their willingness to talk endlessly by organizing expensive commissions at exclusive hotels/retreats causing enormous waste of taxpayer money where they sit around, talk forever and do nothing. - all of which leads to bush fires in the coming years, after which commission will be set up for politicians to talk...the cycle starts over.
