Excellent commentary!!! As a 52 year old, 25 years married, educated and gainfully employed black man I hear ya! I walked away from the community around 1992 when I got tired of how my family was treating me as the youngest son. I saw my two older brothers quickly descend into despair and mediocrity. Yet I had an older sister as well who got everything to give her an advantage in life. I'll never regret my decisions to walk away, no felonies, baby momma's, not even so much as a misdemeanor. When the community has nothing to offer don't stick around with your hand out and waste your time.

As a Gen -Xer that went to school obtained my bachelors. Worked in cooperate America, I know this is true. It was always a lot more black women at these companies then black men. Most of the time I was the only black man. It was so bad I quit, went to trade school, and now working in that trade. Im one of several black men at my place of employment. Not one black women works here. The cooperations want black women if they have to have someone black. It’s not even something that’s hidden. You see it and know it the minute you start working there.

Preaching the truth. Facts all day long. I have been saying this for years. I have watched this since I was 16 years old and I am now 73. The Alpha way has never worked, my dad who was traditional lived to be 92 told me the same things you are saying. He poured resources into all the boys as well as my sister. Made us get an education, no fooling around because he told us manufacturing jobs would not be around like during his time. Your insight is a blessing to bm if they will only listen. I'm 44...I totally agree we can't Alpha our way out we need help...it's like trying to climb Mount Everest without a Nepali guide. Sure you can do it but your chances of success greatly improve with one. And as for BW, I'm married and have a black daughter, you can't change their minds. Too much stress trying to do it and it's not worth it. It's good for entertainment once in awhile, but my real life energy is making sure family is straight and getting resources for my black nephews because my black daughter and nieces have them.

Facts! BGS and Chez would make a good collaboration with these statistics. There are so many women in their last days of dating which is their 30s and still have no hope in being married because the circumstances of these charts and their inflated egos.

Let me start by saying that, as per usual, you're very accurate. The System is working AS INTENDED.

One of the major weaknesses that I see we have is the worship of money (especially by the female of the species). Females have been given a leg up in the Educational System and the Job Market by The Powers That Be only to get them out of the home whenever possible and to separate them from their Men, and Children.

These females are so selfish and solipsistic, they fall for whatever the Controllers of The Monetary System tells them about themselves and their this dysfunction continues.

They didn't get that way by themselves though. This is the result of a multigenerational disruption and breaking process. It would be most wise to pay close attention to Willie Lynch in this matter. Not to mention the Social Policies of the 60's and 70's.

However, it's still our own materialism and other character flaws that keep us slaves of This Evil System. But most of these Broads you're describing won't realize any of this in this particular incarnation, on this side of the might catch on in the Astral during their Life's Review, be it.

When bw wait till their mid to late thirties to seriously want marriage then they run into the shortage but if they marry sooner this becomes less of an issue regarding bm availability.
