I went to my annual physical last week. I’m almost 54 years old. The nurse asks what medications I’m on. I tell her I’m not on any medication. She looked at me like I was an oddball.

Thank you for saying it. I have been dumbfounded how eating organic, healthy food and using natural solutions, is now considered far right. It truly illustrates the clown world we are living in.

I recently heard Bobby Kennedy Jr speak after endorsing Trump. He stated he wanted to take on the food & drug industry which was an answer to prayer. He's disgusted with how these industries are poisoning our food to make us sick. Lets pray he can do this.

Dr. Dhand I agree with you always. I have now retired from my job of being a pharmacist because of this push by Big Pharma. Sick of it. I have seen so much in my 42 years and believe me, it’s not good.

I just got back from Europe. It is very noticeable when you return to the USA how sick and prevalent the pharma ads are on our TV

Meal planning was a big part of my “job” when raising our children. We sat down for dinner every night, but I prepared the plates and served them. My goal was to teach proper portions, and my children still eat this way! We also rarely ate out because we were very health conscious. It is sad to hear the sad statistics concerning children today!

Visited a relative in the hospital who was in for congestive heart failure and digestive issues . They served dinner : ice cream and thick crust pizza .

I am astounded by US TV commercials for drugs. It's truly pathological. 💀

All started in 1972 when the American heart association published the great American food pyramid and told us to eat 6 portions of carbs a day, eat 3 meals and 2 snacks. No internet then, I followed that for years. Used Pam spray instead of fats and now at 79 I'm morbidly obese, diabetic, osteoporosis, fatty liver. Thanks American heart associations you made America sick.

I went down the drug road at doctor's orders and it is but by the grace of God that I lived. Never again will I take anything other than an antibiotic, and those are only when absolutely necessary.
One thing I've learned from it is how true the phrase, "food is medicine" really is. Heal your diet and heal your body... Amen

The trust is lost. Ive even ditched the vitamins. Healthy eating and exercise is the key. I haven’t felt better.
