Hi, your movie review is good.This is what i got from internet and i feel it makes sense.
The movie begins with the climax and the beginning of the story as adjacent scenes which finally meet at the center of the story which is the end of the movie. Mind Boggling right, So if you want to know the proper story, you should see the black and white parts first then the color parts in reverse order.
A short and sweet explanation for the movie Lenny was a toy for both Natalie and Teddy. As we know Lenny was suffering from a short term memory loss, he (according to the pic by Teddy) had found and killed the John G who had raped his wife. But Lenny had forgotten that part and was still searching for the John G who killed his wife. So Teddy takes an advantage of Lenny and gets rid of this drug dealer named James F Grants, the husband of natalie. When Natalie saw Lenny inn James's car, and when Lenny got in and told all the memory problems he had, Natalie understood that someone had used him to kill her husband. She slowly figures out who used Lenny, she used Lenny again to kill Teddy, who unfortunately was a John G.
Lenny made up his mind and killed him thinking that he was the guy who raped and killed his wife.
John G a.k.a Teddy, at once tells Lenny that his wife had diabetes and Lenny overdosed her. This could be a possible explanation, but in the condition actually is that the person suffering from the condition doesn't remember recent events but can remember what happened before the incident. So if Lenny's wife had diabetes, Lenny would know that proving Teddy a lier.
So final thing to know here is that Lenny was only a toy for Teddy and Natalie to kill someone who they had trouble with

Actually I felt climax is like this... Hero understood that teddy is using his weakness and will make him kill anyone saying that he's John G... So Lenny decided to put an end to his hunt by killing Teddy... So he purposefully forgets whatever teddy told him...
