'I Bet You Can't Reach 200% Crit Rate' #GenshinImpact

I recently built my Yae Miko with way too much crit rate by accident, but was then challenged to see if I could reach 200% crit damage in Genshin Impact.

It got me thinking about whether it was possible, so I decided to give it a try on my main account.

Just for anyone wondering, the max crit rate roll on an artifact is 3.9% each level. So if you had 4 artifacts that started with 3.9% crit rate and had 4 stats by default, then rolled 3.9% into crit rate every level, that would be a max of 93.6% crit rate. Then you can use a Crit rate circlet to bring that to 124.7%. If it's on the Marechaussee set, you can get an additional 36% crit rate. Then add a weapon, potential ascension passives, etc. and it IS possible to reach 200% crit rate without the need of food buffs.

My artifacts just aren't good enough for that...

Fun fact, there was an event back in the 1.x era that gave you a 70% crit rate buff. When I did it I took a screenshot on it with my Xiao and had 222% crit rate and ig a measly 146% crit dmg

they should make it so that if you have a crit rate over 100% depending on your surplus crit rate you have that % chance of getting a second crit hit for that one hit
