What about selling your 'Work Hard & Be Nice' poster in a t-shirt format?

You already did a 'quotes app', so maybe you can gather some other nice quotes and make a collection :)

Also, instead of having a huge idea which you can earn 5k, maybe you can choose 2 or 3 smaller ones that leads you to that objective.

Hey, Ran. What about design training? Sketch/Photoshop/Illustrator tutorials or courses? 
I know, there are already ten thousand of them out there, but it's not only about the app or techniques, it's also about the mentor himself. It's about trusting your mentor not to waste your time with some stupid not-real-world-project examples. That's exactly why it is so hard to choose from online training resources. I bet, people would trust you on that.
Your vidoes on how you approached prospero design were in the same vein. You probably could take it in a little bit more depth and comments, or something like that. Designer with your level of experience can provide a greate value in teaching others. I'm not suggesting you to compete with lynda.com and its huge following, of course, but there's always a place for some one-off tutorials project. Your audience is not very large but it's quite loyal.

Oh, i live in Ukraine. and here, if you want to make about 500 dollars per monts, not even 5000, you must go to 50 different work places and take 30 different clients :D But i can say that your idea is great. I'm hope and sure you can make it :) There is a bunch of different ideas for making money in social media, specially on YouTube. Maybe you should get a partner program?

@Flux - Ran, what percentage do you pay in taxes off of the money you make? For me to make $5000 (American dollars), I end up having to make around $9500 because such a large amount goes to taxes. It's really not the best thing for me to have a sole proprietorship business. But... that's what I have to do. So what percentage do you have to pay in taxes? If you want to make $5000 how much do you actually have to make?
