FFS How many years? 1st investigated 3 years, dropped charges! How many years will it take this time? What a waste of taxpayer money that could have been used to help a lot of needy, hungry, homeless, etc., etc. people. Most workers would be fired if they couldn't finish a job in that amount of time.
